If a user states they are having issues signing into the CLC despite being connected to their bureau's network, please instruct them to try signing in via  https://auth.doc.gov/ and report back.

If they get a similar error message, that's indicative of a PIV card issue, please direct them to their IT Help Desk for further assistance.
